The Bar and Lounge is beautifully finished with original 1800’s metal ceilings and walls, antique artwork, and amazingly lighting. There is a full bar length with stools. If you prefer a cozier atmosphere, be seated in the booths or small tables in the adjoining area.
There are 2 bathrooms for customer use. Both are designed to continue the decorating theme. Step through the swinging doors into the kitchen which features original full ceiling height cabinetry, 1800’s metal walls and ample work space. A 3rd employee bathroom is off the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is an office space.
There are 2 large rooms at the back of the main floor that are being converted to the owner’s living quarters.
There are 2 stairways leading to the second floor, where the B&B suites are located. At the bottom of the 1st stairway, there is a private sitting area with burgundy 1800’s metal walls and ceiling, floral carpeting, and chandelier lighting. The color theme continues up the stairway into the foyer. There are 3 bedroom suites, each with their own bathroom. Between the suites is a shared 11X15 conversation room with couch and chairs.
The 1st suite is the Gold room and it is a spacious 25’X28′ and easily accommodates 2 queen beds and a twin bed. Connected to the suite is your own private bathroom with a claw foot tub. Bathroom is not finished at this time.
2nd suite is the Silver room and is 12’X17′ with a 6’X13′ bathroom.
3rd suite is currently being used as the owner’s living quarters until the main floor living quarters are completed. At completion the facility will have main floor living quarters and 3 B&B suites, with a generous 7 bathrooms.
There is a back porch with a laundry area above. There is an unfinished half basement which houses a 2 year old forced air heat and AC unit. There are 2 hot water heaters to ensure constant sufficient hot water.
